Ethical AI in Youth Information Work — A Practical Framework for Responsible Use
This publication translates research from the Erasmus+ youthinfo.ai project into practical rules that youth information organisations can apply. It is written for youth information centres and services, youth NGOs, youth information and youth workers, service, communication and digital managers, and any youth organisation considering an AI assistant or chatbot.
Built on survey data from 195 practitioners across Europe, it bridges the gap between ethical principles and daily operations. It also assumes no specialist AI knowledge and limited time and budgets, making it especially useful for organisations without dedicated technology staff.
