The National Agency for the Development of Youth Programs and Activities (NYA) is the dedicated administrative authority under the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, tasked with bringing national youth policies to life. Their mission is to build a robust and resilient youth sector by supporting the community of youth workers, local councils, and youth centers across the country in order to support young people to become active, civic/minded citizens who contribute meaningfully to their community.
Beyond our core services, the Agency spearheads several high-impact initiatives, such as the National Youth Grant Program, the "Youth Capital" program, and the Social Innovation Center. These projects empower youth organisations and initiative groups to transform their ideas into reality. Whether it is through celebrating excellence at the National Youth Awards or strengthening the capacity of Student Councils, their goal remains the same: to invest in the potential of youth as the primary architects of Moldova’s future.
