Patricia Venâncio works at the Luxembourgish National Youth Information Agency (ANIJ), where she currently leads communication campaigns designed for young people with young people— placing youth participation at the core of her work.
Previously, she coordinated Luxembourg’s national youth information network where she also managed the national Quality Label for youth information structures. Her role involved supporting youth workers, strengthening quality standards, and building a strong and connected information network.
Patricia studied Media and Communication Management in Cologne, Germany and completed a Pre-Master in Management, Change & Consultancy at Maastricht University. These academic experiences not only sharpened her strategic thinking and project coordination skills, but also deepened her interest in inclusive, human-centred communication—skills she now applies daily in the youth sector to design relevant, participatory, and engaging initiatives.
She is a certified ERYICA Trainer (ToT) and an active member of ERYICA’s Quality Label Task Force. Fluent in five languages and passionate about youth empowerment, Patricia brings a creative, multilingual, and youth-driven perspective to the ERYICA Board.
