Geraldine Lacey
Geraldine is an experienced Chief Executive Officer, with a proven track record working in the community development and youth work sector for over 30 years. She has served in a senior management position for over 20 years and 14 years as CEO in a Regional Youth Work Organisation. She is responsible for guiding and supporting an engaged Board of Trustees, leading a professional team and others to deliver the strategic vision, mission and values of an outcomes driven, integrated youth work organisation.
She has a Master’s Degree in Voluntary & Community Sector Management, a Higher Diploma in Leadership in Business and a Diploma in Youth & Community Studies.
