One of the first decisions of the new Board was to involve an ERYICA Youth Ambassadors (EYAC) representative in all the GB meetings. ERYICA Youth Ambassadors Commissioners elected two representatives that will alternate to attend the meetings in the role of observers

The latest GB meeting was exceptionally joined by both representatives - Pece Krstevski and Caterina Rende Dominis. Let’s see what they say about the meeting:

“It was a great pleasure to attend my first Governing Board meeting. Being in a room full of professionals made everything special and important. Even though this was the first face-to-face GB meeting for all of us, I feel everyone knew what they were doing and had the right to comment on any field. I loved that they heard my voice and the voice of the ERYICA Youth Ambassadors Commission. We know we will make a difference. Expectations completed  ✅” Pece KRSTEVSKI (North Macedonia)

““During the GB meeting, we discussed the possibility of higher involvement of Youth Ambassadors in all external meetings, such as those with intergovernmental organizations (in the coming future, the European Commission, the Council of Europe, and the UN ECOSOC). Our enthusiasm was well received and encouraged by the Board, and we hope to do our best to represent our fellow Youth Ambassadors in the coming meetings. We certainly got great support from all, and we hope that being able to bring the youth perspective to the table will improve the quality of youth information services and make them more youth-friendly. We also hope to make the job of the GB and ERYICA Secretariat easier.” Caterina RENDE DOMINIS (Croatia)
