Testing AI Tools Training: call for youth information workers

This training aims to get the feedback of youth (information) workers on the use of some selected AI tools (administrative assistant, content creator, etc). You will be trained on them and test them to evaluate what are the best ones to work in youth info work. 

If you are selected, you will commit to presenting the tools to 5 other youth (info) workers in November (cascade training) to collect more feedback. The findings will then be analysed in 2026. Only 2 spots available!

Training Details:

  • Location: Šibenik, Croatia

  • Dates: 6 – 9 October 2025 (including travelling days)

  • Working language: English

  • Costs covered: travel, accommodation, and meals (more details will be shared with the selected participants)


If you want to gain knowledge in AI tools in youth work and contribute to a European project, please follow the application process.

  • Please submit the following Google Form by 15 July 2025:

    1. Short motivation outlining your experience in Youth Information Work?

    2. A paragraph responding to the following questions:

      1. How are you involved with AI in youth information work?

      2. What is your motivation to participate in this testing training?

    3. Any relevant description or examples of your work

About The Project AI Youth Navigator:

AI Youth Navigator aims to create a platform featuring relevant AI tools for youth information work organisations, explained in video tutorials. This platform will be available in English as well as the languages of the participating countries. 

It is an Erasmus+ project coordinated by Jugendagentur gGmbH Baden-Württemberg (DE), in partnership with  DOREA (CY), Udruga Mladih ''mladi u europskoj uniji'' (HR), Technische Universität München (DE), and ERYICA (EU).
