Exploring AI Tools in Youth Information Work

ERYICA and the partners of the AI Youth Navigator KA2 project took part in the AI tools training for youth info work from 7-9 October 2025 in Šibenik, Croatia. Fifteen selected participants with different backgrounds and experience in youth (info) work (youth workers, trainers, managers, school social workers) from the partners countries tested 16 AI tools.

The tools covered the topics of

  • Content creation: Canva AI, Elevenlabs, Runway,  HeyGen, Firefly Adobe, Pika.art, ChatGPT

  • Administrative support: Calendly, otter.ai, read.ai, Napkin.ai, ChatGPT, Google Notebook.lm, DeepL, Metricool

  • Interacting with young people: Zapier, ChatGPT, Google Notebook.lm, Eventbrite, DeepL

Since they had various experiences (from very beginner to regular user), their feedback on their usefulness was highly valuable. These tools will be available with a detailed description on a platform developed for the project, and a selection of these tools will be developed into video tutorials.

This 3-day training was organised by Udruga Mladi u EU, who welcomed the team in their office in front of the sea – very much liked by the participants!
