Artificial Intelligence and the Rights of the Child - Young people’s views and perspectives

The European Commission report summarises the views of 18 young people (aged 14-20) from nine European countries. Aligned with the Joint Research Centre (JRC) study on AI and children's rights, the report reflects young people's perspectives on the impact of AI on children's rights.

It sets out their views on the positive potential of AI, as well as the concerns and challenges it may pose. The report concludes with the young panellists' reflections on the implications of AI for their education and work, as well as proposals for the positive future direction of AI.
