Upcoming ERYICA training activities

The European Year of Skills 2023 puts skills centre stage. In this context, ERYICA takes the opportunity to put focus on its training system review, development and outreach as a key tool to support the skills and capacities of youth information workers and young multipliers. Several European training activities (in English) are foreseen in 2023:

eLearning training courses

  • DesYIgn eLearning course - 22 May - 5 July 2023.

The course will be open to any participant from the ERYICA network. Registration will open in April.

  • YoMIM eLearning course - 2 October - 10 November 2023.

The course will run under the Council of Europe-ERYICA Partnership agreement of this year, and will be open for everyone to apply. Registration will open in August.

Face-to-face training courses

Participation in these courses is reserved for the partners of the YinfoPioneers project. If free spots are left, they will be announced to the ERYICA network.

This course will run together with a workshop on peer-to-peer advocacy and campaigning organised in the framework of the EU inFORM project. Prior to the face-to-face training, the young people participating will have an online session on advocacy. Registration will open before the summer break.

ERYICA’s newest Member Organisation, the National Foundation for Youth, will host a YIntro - Stepping into Youth Information course in Timisoara, European Capital of Culture 2023. The training will be held at the Timisoara Youth House – which was awarded in 2016 with the Council of Europe Quality Label for Youth Centres. The training will be held in English and open to (beginner) youth information workers from the whole ERYICA network. The activity will be co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme. Registration will open after the summer break.

Additionally, so far, six members have organised or plan to organise ERYICA training courses for their networks in their local languages this year. Interested in running an ERYICA training activity in your country/region but do not know where to start? Get in touch with the ERYICA Secretariat.
