Since January 2007, the National Youth Foundation has been the umbrella national structure that brings together 18 county youth foundations from all over Romania and is the only non-governmental federative youth structure recognized by a law regarding public policies for youth (Youth Law).
FNT’s members own 10 youth houses, 12 youth clubs and 4 sports bases. We continue to implement support measures and dedicated activities for Ukrainian young people in many of our centres.
Through its pyramidal organizational structure, FNT ensures the representation at the central level of the interests of over 175 non-governmental youth organizations from the local level, represented within the county youth foundations, being among the most representative non-governmental youth structures in Romania in terms of territorial coverage and youth programs/activities.
