European Youth Information Quality Label
The Task Force was created to conceive the European Youth Information Quality Label in cooperation with the Council of Europe. It manages the application process and makes decisions on awards.
The Governing Board of ERYICA established the European Youth Information Quality Label Task Force. The group has the following mandate:
To work from a development perspective with applicants of the European Youth Information Quality Label:
To assess the compatibility of national/regional youth information quality labels (Model 1a);
To peer review the applications of umbrella organisations (Model 1b);
To assess the applications under Model 2;
To assess 3-year reviews of current Label holders;
To make recommendations for the Governing Board for decision;
To direct appeals to the Governing Board.
To be responsible for the ongoing development of the Label.
To protect the integrity of the label.
MEMBERS
Members of the Task Force have 3-year mandates.
4 representatives of youth information services (currently ANIJ, Jugendstiftung Baden-Württemberg, ProMo-Cymru and Young Scot) e;
4 youth representatives;
a Governing Board member as Chair; and
a Secretariat representative as coordinator.
