The Erasmus+ project #YouthInfo: Future Youth Information Toolbox kick off took place on 12-14 September in Vilnius, Lithuania. In the past two years, 9 partners from 8 different countries worked together to try and increase the quality and outreach of youth information services.

This was done by creating and applying user-friendly youth information methods, which was identified by evidence-based research and piloted at local level. Peer-to-peer youth information educators were also involved.

The project created due to the lack of evidence-based research in the field of youth information, which blocks the development of the sector. With this in mind, research was carried out to identify youth information needs, trends, and most relevant topics.
The project produced some very interesting and relevant outputs:
·     A manual for future foresight in youth information;
·     A report: Future Youth Information and Counselling: Building on Information Trends and Needs;
·     3 user-friendly, evidence and future-based youth information methods, tried and tested at local level;
·      A peer-to-peer training course on youth information.

The outcomes of the project were discussed at the multiplier event, and also presented at the ERYICA General Assembly.
