Carlos Amatriain Busto has worked within the field of youth information and youth work since 2019 and is Deputy Director at the Instituto Navarro de la Juventud, the youth agency of the regional Government of Navarra.
He has also assumed commitments in other areas related to youth on local, national and European level, such as, representing the autonomous communities of Spain in the Council of the European Union, being board member of the Spanish network of youth hostels (REAJ) or coordinating the Commission of the Navarrese youth information network.
His educational background is a BA in Economics (Public University of Navarra), a BA in Political Science (National University of Distance Education) and a Master in International Relations from the Diplomatic School of Spain.
