Witamy, National Coalition for Youth Work in Poland!

As we approach the end of 2025, the ERYICA network is delighted to welcome a new full member into our community — and with it, a new country joins our shared mission. This milestone reflects our continued growth, the strengthening of youth information across Europe, and the expanding commitment to quality youth information work. We are honoured to open our doors to Poland and to the dynamic actors advancing youth information and youth work within the country.

The National Coalition for Youth Work in Poland is an informal structure assembling leading NGOs, public and private entities, including local and regional authorities, working towards the formal recognition and regulation of youth work in Poland. It has also adopted the mission of organising key elements of the system, including youth information structures in Poland, by strengthening and mentoring local youth information structures and advocating for the development of the national one.

The Coalition operates through its members located throughout Poland and is governed by the Council of the Coalition, consisting of 3 permanent members (Europe4Youth Association, Foundation Sempre a Frente, and EBU Foundation) and 2 rotational members elected every 2 years by the members' assembly.

The Europe4Youth Association has taken on the role of administrator for the ERYICA engagement of the Coalition. It’s an NGO located in Kraków (Poland), active in youth work, running youth centres, international youth exchanges, and volunteering, as well as working on the systemic development of quality youth work structures at the national level.
