Digital guide on the prevention of violent extremism

The Internet is increasingly become a platform for recruiting and sharing radical ideologies. The chance to hide one’s identity, as well as the regulatory gap concerning internet-based offences, are examples of conditions that lead to the proliferation of hate speech and radicalisation online.

The “Digital Guide - How to prevent radicalisation”  aims to provide youth workers and youth information workers with updated knowledge, tools and examples of good practices in the field of preventing online radicalisation.

The goal is to educate on the abuse of social media and to equip young people with the necessary information and competences needed to think critically.
