ERYICA’s First Trainings of eTrainers
In the framework of the Developing Online Youth Information Trainings (DOYIT) project, ERYICA organised two training of eTrainers courses last January and February. During the first one in Zagreb, on the Youth on the Move – InfoMobility (YoMIM) material, participants discovered how to best deliver the eLearning version of this course and what training skills they need online. The second event took place in Lithuania and had the same aims but discussed another training course, the Digital YIntro. Both events involved up to 20 participants, who are going to disseminate this content in the 27-country network of ERYICA. We would like to thank our members hosting these trainings, the Association of Youth Information Centers in Croatia and Creativitas in Lithuania.
DOYIT is a 2-year EU-funded project that runs between October 2016 and September 2018 in the framework of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme, Key Action 2. The project consortium consists of 10 partners from 9 countries, involving organisations from both the formal and non-formal education sectors. The project is set out to adapt 4 training courses of the European Youth Information and Counselling Agency to an eLearning environment, to increase their outreach and the training opportunities provided for youth information workers.
