Youth Work Ireland CLG is a registered charity and national network of 20 independent, autonomous Member Youth Services. Its federation structure combines local, regional, national, and European perspectives to guide and enhance best practice in youth work. By facilitating young people’s voices, the organisation ensures that issues affecting them are identified, explored, and addressed.

Through its National Office, Youth Work Ireland supports its Member Youth Services across the country in delivering an integrated youth services model tailored to local needs. These services range from youth clubs, music programmes, and environmental initiatives to advocacy campaigns, sexual health awareness, substance misuse prevention, mental health support, youth information centres, and one-to-one work. The organisation also builds strategic partnerships to strengthen local delivery in line with national priorities.
