We are happy to announce that the 19th ERYICA General Assembly will be organised in Montenegro, by Forum MNE in the cooperation with ERYICA in the days 11th – 14th December 2008. It will take place in the picturesque town Kotor, situated in an ancient Venetian harbour in Southern Adriatic Sea.

From November 2 to 9, the European Youth Week will be part of the agenda across Europe! A variety of events and activities will be organised in the countries participating in the Youth in Action programme, and a central event will take place in Brussels from November 2 to 6.  

  XXVI Cabueñes International Youth Meetings come back to Laboral, the place where they were created. This year, more then ever, we want Cabueñes to be yours. Come, take part, make suggestions , learn, share and ....enjoy!!!!!! To achieve the best results, Gijón City Council, the Asturian Institute of Youth of the Principality of Asturias, Youth Councils of Gijón, Asturias and Spain; FEMP (Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces) and Injuve are working jointly.

Thank to the support of the Executive Agency for Education and Culture and with the cooperation of Youth Information Network of Bulgaria, 35 participants will be enabled, between September 7th and 14th, to gather in beautiful Varna and take part in a number of networking activities aiming at sharing best practises in the field of youth information while learning about youth policy in Bulgaria, with active support and facilitation provided by local experts and authorities. After some preparations we are happy to announce that GA 2008 will be organised in Montenegro, by Forum MNE. The dates will be 11 – 14 December. A more detailed email will reach you in the midst of July, with programme, venue, application data, costs and delegation form, as well as a detailed travel guide, including suggested itineraries and best travel options from the main European cities, prepared joinly by Forum MNE and the ERYICA Secretariat.

The ERYICA Governing Board held the second meeting for this year in Paris, 29-31 May. The meeting was hosted by the CIDJ, our French member organisation. The meeting agenda was full of errands. Many topics were discussed and important decisions were taken. If you are interested in receiving more information on the work of the Governing Board, please ask you national coordinator or the ERYICA Secretariat.

The Infomobil seminar, organised in Rotterdam by the Stichting Jong Rotterdam with the support of Youth in Action programme, was succesful. More than 20 Infomobil editors tested the new CMS for Infomobil, discussed about its content, common themes and what kind of information youngsters look for on Infomobil. Also the target groups of Infomobil and marketing of the service were discussed. More information on Infomobil future and next steps will follow soon.
