"Train the Trainer" Course in Prague – Apply Now!

ERYICA invites up to 25 trainers in the "Train the Trainer" event on the ERYICA beginners training course "YIntro - Stepping into Youth Information".

The training is addressed to trainers experienced in Youth Information. The course is aiming at preparing trainers to deliver courses in accordance with the new "YIntro" course rather than providing participants with generic training skills, such as on Youth Information topics and competences.

We invite up to 25 participants, that have to be nominated by ERYICA members, affiliated and cooperating organisations. 

In cooperation with our hosting organisation NIDM - Czech Republic, the training will take place in Prague from March 2-7, 2010.

If you would like to participate please return the Nomination Form below no later than February 8, 2010 to florence.secula@eryica.org. Selected candidates will be notified by February 15, 2010. Priority will be given to one participant per member and partner organisation.

About YIntro:

"YIntro - Stepping into Youth Information" has been established by ERYICA and its Training Task Force within the framework of the "A Better Youth Information for New Times" project. In the light of continuously changing information needs of young people "YIntro" strives for enhancing Youth Information Work with respect to new media and online communication areas. Drawing on the content of its precursor the "Minimum Basic Training Course (MBTC)", YIntro has been designed to help Youth Information workers prepare to deal with new required needs of their work by introducing them to the use of new tools available in youth information.
